The Benelli M2 Field Rifled Slug Shotgun is the result of painstaking work at Benelli’s Research and Development Center and of Benelli’s extensive experience in precision engineering and technical know-how. The small number of components, an extremely simple operating principle, the innovativeness of the turning block bolt locking system and the cartridge feeding system (cut off), make the “Benelli” shotguns highly reliable and practical, easy to strip and upkeep to the extent that the shotguns can be considered the most modern, accurate, safe, fast and elegant shotguns available today. Benelli semi-automatic shotguns operate on the same basic principle of inertial operation with fixed barrel, utilizing the kinetic energy of gun recoil, which still today represents one of the most important and ingenious innovation of sporting weapon production. This system requires no outlet for gas operation nor barrel recoil, but operates by means of a spring freely interposed between locking head and bolt. As the gun recoils during firing, the breech bolt (inert) moves about 4 mm forward, thus compressing the spring. When this is fully compressed, it overcomes breech bolt inertia, thrusting it to the rear under residual pressure, permitting cartridge case extraction and reloading with the conventional system. Spring pressure is designed to delay the opening of the action, which occurs after the shot has left the barrel, and to compensate for the different pressures produced by cartridges of varying power, with no adjustment necessary. The fully automatic operation of this new shotgun eliminates the drawbacks of the barrel recoil system (barrel vibrations during firing needed to brake the system and regulate it when firing powerful ammunition etc.) and those of gas operated type (the need to clean gas outlets, loss of power due to acceleration of the shot charge and adverse effect on the longitudinal shape of the wad and possible malfunctions under adverse climatic conditions). The Benelli system is therefore modern and highly reliable. To this operating system has been added a revolving bolt head of simple and robust shape, which with only two locking lugs, closes the breech axially and perfectly, withstanding any pressure of the cartridge. The modern and revolutionary trigger action is carried out through a system of variable profile which allows the user to shoot precisely and without jerking in trigger pull. The pull action is carried out in a smoothly and controlled way, without trigger free pre-run or sudden relax after releasing the hammer, thus ensuring efficacy and safety of the whole system. Finally, the precise synchronization of the movement of the hammer double coupling teeth optimize the feeding system through a combined action with the cartridge drop lever and the stop notch. The cut-off feeding system operates by means of a special “cartridge drop lever”, the outer portion of which protrudes below the receiver and is thus easily reached by the trigger finger. Upon shooting, the hammer spring forces the cartridge drop lever upwards to disengage it from the carrier latch which, pulled by the carrier latch spring, rotates clockwise to allow a cartridge to exit from the magazine. As the cartridge falls into position on the carrier, it presses against the “cartridge drop lever” which rotates in the opposite direction to prevent a second cartridge from exiting. When the bolt is operated the carrier rises automatically to position the cartridge for introduction in the chamber. In the meantime, the hammer spring, which was compressed during cocking, has freed the cartridge drop lever to return to its rest position. In this way, the carrier latch holds the remaining cartridges in the magazine until the next shot is fired. The end of the cartridge drop lever which protrudes from the receiver is marked with a red point. When the red point is visible, the hammer is cocked and the gun is ready to fire; otherwise the hammer is not cocked. Thanks to this operation cartridges in the barrel chamber can be easily replaced manually. Hk MP5-40 sear host built by Jayson of Investment Grade Firearms. This was built using a brand new demilled German Hk MP5-40,mp5 for sale and a Special Weapons receiver. The original gun was new, it was a crime to have to cut the original receiver up, but the kit of genuine German parts was a real catch. The SW receiver was the final perfected model. I have built several of these guns with Jayson, and they have been in perfect compliance. As this gun was built from a brand new gun, it was my favorite. This gun was tested by Jayson in full-auto before it was finished; it ran perfect and it is in perfect condition.

Also known as "The American Sterling", this rare and uniquely US-made ZX-7 serves as a fascinating homage to the venerable British Sterling L2A3 sub machine gun. Always enamored with the craftsmanship and design of the British Sterling, the ZX-7 was built and created by gunsmith and Class 2 manufacturer Bob Imel at his company, Police Automatic Weapons Services, in Salem, OR in the mid 1970's. Built from the ground up, Mr. Imel re-created the beautiful lines and wonderful reliability of the L2A3, but with his own unique redesigns and improvements, to make it a truly Americanized version. Of course, the improvements started first and foremost, by offering it in the American of all American calibers...the .45ACP. Robust and controllable, the ZX-7 in .45acp was only made in very small numbers by P.A.W.S. as a transferable SMG. Some counts have them as low as 20 or 25, as the 9mm version (the P.A.W.S. ZX-5), was made in significantly greater quantities. This specific model is serial number 20. This transferable sub machine gun is in excellent mechanical, as well as cosmetic condition. The internals do not note any wear and the bore is bright and shiny with crisp and clean rifling. The fire controls are in excellent condition, with solid placements on the selector controls in both semi-automatic and full-automatic modes, as well as a positive safety lockup. The original crinkle-style finish employed by Mr. Imel is in excellent condition, with only a few minor marks on the entire weapon. The metalwork is excellent, with no dings, dents, gouges, cracks, etc.. Two 30rd magazines are included with the purchase. This rare and unique weapon is currently on a Form 3 for easy transfer, with "P.A.W.S. Inc" listed as the manufacturer and "ZX7" listed as the model. This pistol started its life in 1991 (Date Code NZ) at the Fabrique Nationale Herstal manufactureing facility in Belgium, and was then sent to Viana, Portugal for final assembly and test firing. Finding this pistol in this date rage in this condition has been a long process, but we only wanted the very best Hi-Power pistols for this project. It came to us new in the box condition, with a perfect barrel, as did all of the pistols we used for the project. These are just exceptional examples and the highest quality of the Browing Hi-Power manufactured during their exceptionally long production life, from 1935-2018, the second longest produced pistol in history, only being outdone by the Colt 1911. We started this project off trying to collect several of the finest examples of modern Hi-Power Pistols we could find. That took about 6 months, and about another 12 months to have the custom work done at NightHawk. They performed the following work on each of these pistols for us, to our exacting expectations, using the same gun smith for each of these guns, Master Gun Smith Steven Cox. Nighthawk decided back in early 2015 not to try to re-invent the perfect double stack, but to improve upon the Browning Hi Power.
