The original Scout rifles were manufactured by the Austrian Steyr Arms, but this realistic replica from ActionSportGames and Modify is perfect to bring the piece to airsoft matches. Video games like Counter-Strike popularized this weapon design, making it one of the most memorable pieces of the 20th century onwards. This re-creation brings the Scout rifle’s unique properties to airsoft fields. The rifle is made from CNC-machined aluminum and steel parts, with further nylon and polymer reinforcement and attachments. This gives the rifle a realistic feel and weight. The outside appearance is a true-to-life copy of the original rifle design, down to the spare magazine storage in the back of the stock. In order to behave like a sniper rifle, the Steyr Scout has flip-up front and rear sights, although most users will upgrade to custom sights on the Pic rail on the barrel. The rifle comes with a foldable bipod design near the front of the barrel to facilitate proper handling and positioning. The nylon polymer stock has an attachment point for bipod rails should users want a customized solution. Upgraded straight from the factory, this rifle can compete and outmatch most customized sniper rifle builds with minimal effort and add-ons.
