American Tactical Imports (ATI) showed off their AR-15 shotgun chambered in .410 gauge a few years back, well they’re finally coming out. I was walking through ATI’s booth to go fondle their MP-40 replica chambered in 9mm when I stumbled on the Omni Hybrid .410 shotgun. The new shotgun uses ATI’s OMNI Hybrid Mil-Spec, multi-caliber, polymer and metal lower receiver. The lower also uses a standard AR-15 6 position stock. The upper has a 2.5? chamber and an 18.5? barrel, 13? free float rail with Key MoD slots and a full length Picatinny rail up top. The Omni Hybrid .410 will include a 5 round magazine but a 15 round mag will also be available. The mags also have round count holes along the side. ATI claims their new Omni Hybrid .410 is compatible with most bird shot, buck shot and slugs on the market. I got to play around with it a bit and it’s pretty light, they didn’t have an exact weight but according to their prototype from a few years back they claimed it was only 6.5lbs.

The Benelli M2 Field Rifled Slug Shotgun is the result of painstaking work at Benelli’s Research and Development Center and of Benelli’s extensive experience in precision engineering and technical know-how. The small number of components, an extremely simple operating principle, the innovativeness of the turning block bolt locking system and the cartridge feeding system (cut off), make the “Benelli” shotguns highly reliable and practical, easy to strip and upkeep to the extent that the shotguns can be considered the most modern, accurate, safe, fast and elegant shotguns available today. Benelli semi-automatic shotguns operate on the same basic principle of inertial operation with fixed barrel, utilizing the kinetic energy of gun recoil, which still today represents one of the most important and ingenious innovation of sporting weapon production. This system requires no outlet for gas operation nor barrel recoil, but operates by means of a spring freely interposed between locking head and bolt. As the gun recoils during firing, the breech bolt (inert) moves about 4 mm forward, thus compressing the spring. When this is fully compressed, it overcomes breech bolt inertia, thrusting it to the rear under residual pressure, permitting cartridge case extraction and reloading with the conventional system. Spring pressure is designed to delay the opening of the action, which occurs after the shot has left the barrel, and to compensate for the different pressures produced by cartridges of varying power, with no adjustment necessary. The fully automatic operation of this new shotgun eliminates the drawbacks of the barrel recoil system (barrel vibrations during firing needed to brake the system and regulate it when firing powerful ammunition etc.) and those of gas operated type (the need to clean gas outlets, loss of power due to acceleration of the shot charge and adverse effect on the longitudinal shape of the wad and possible malfunctions under adverse climatic conditions). The Benelli system is therefore modern and highly reliable. To this operating system has been added a revolving bolt head of simple and robust shape, which with only two locking lugs, closes the breech axially and perfectly, withstanding any pressure of the cartridge. The modern and revolutionary trigger action is carried out through a system of variable profile which allows the user to shoot precisely and without jerking in trigger pull. The pull action is carried out in a smoothly and controlled way, without trigger free pre-run or sudden relax after releasing the hammer, thus ensuring efficacy and safety of the whole system. Finally, the precise synchronization of the movement of the hammer double coupling teeth optimize the feeding system through a combined action with the cartridge drop lever and the stop notch. The cut-off feeding system operates by means of a special “cartridge drop lever”, the outer portion of which protrudes below the receiver and is thus easily reached by the trigger finger. Upon shooting, the hammer spring forces the cartridge drop lever upwards to disengage it from the carrier latch which, pulled by the carrier latch spring, rotates clockwise to allow a cartridge to exit from the magazine. As the cartridge falls into position on the carrier, it presses against the “cartridge drop lever” which rotates in the opposite direction to prevent a second cartridge from exiting. When the bolt is operated the carrier rises automatically to position the cartridge for introduction in the chamber. In the meantime, the hammer spring, which was compressed during cocking, has freed the cartridge drop lever to return to its rest position. In this way, the carrier latch holds the remaining cartridges in the magazine until the next shot is fired. The end of the cartridge drop lever which protrudes from the receiver is marked with a red point. When the red point is visible, the hammer is cocked and the gun is ready to fire; otherwise the hammer is not cocked. Thanks to this operation cartridges in the barrel chamber can be easily replaced manually. This Chester County Armory listing is for an extremely rare, fully select fire version of a Heckler & Koch MR223A3 5.56mm NATO transferable machine gun. This model started it's life being imported into the United States as a rare 14.5" HK semi-automatic pistol. The RAL8000 finish was done by Heckler and Koch, themselves, and is not an aftermarket finish. A transferable SWD Lightning Link was then installed by famed Lightning Link specialist John Ciszek of JEC Enterprises. John is known throughout the industry as "The Lightning Link Guy" because of extraordinary work making these custom setups run absolutely flawlessly! His work on this gun is no exception, as it is now a fully select fire setup that runs just like it came from the HK factory that way! This incredible specimen also features the factory correct HK factory front and rear back up iron sights. It also features the correct RAL8000 matching HK furniture and comes with a current generation HK Gen 3 30rd magazine, also in the RAL8000 finish. The host pistol is being offered as new condition, having only been fired by JEC Enterprises during the installation and testing of the SWD Lightning Link. It does note some minor handling-type marks on the exposed section of the barrel in the parkerizaton (see photos) however this was the condition in which it was originally imported. This weapon setup is only being offered for sale complete, and will not be separated by us. This NFA registered SWD Lightning Link is fully transferable, currently on a Form 3. The full-sized MP5 SMG from Heckler & Koch is already quite portable, but some special forces units wanted an even smaller weapon. Thus, the MP5K was born, a concealable weapon that can pour rapid fire immediately. Umarex’s airsoft replica is entirely accurate, though the caliber markings are obviously different to denote its airsoft status. Otherwise, the weapon is identical to the original, aside from an orange tip. It has an aluminum upper receiver and barrel assembly, while the lower receiver is a polymer. It’s a very light PDW and can be shot one-handed. The pistol grip is necessary for such a weapon since rapid fire must be controlled to prevent wasting ammunition. While it comes without a shoulder stock, the MP5K can accept any H&K MP5 stocks. The iron sights are permanently mounted on the gun. However, there’s a bracket for a short length of Picatinny rail. Umarex includes a Ver 3 Full Metal gearbox for the best performance, and it’s entirely upgradeable if you want more out of this weapon. The adjustable hop-up lets you alter BB flight paths as well.
